When it comes to the world of network marketing - no matter what the product, no matter what the service, no matter how great the company is - it’s all about finding a REAL leader to work with to help you become successful. This article by Ronald Lee give you some excellent concepts on how to really find a genuine leader when you are trying to evaluate joining a network marketing company.
I know in my past dealings with other companies, I have met and worked with some GREAT network marketing mentors and leaders. But I have also run across folks that you KNOW have NO interest in helping you, but see you as merely a “means to an end” to make their dreams come true.
There is a saying that my old Network Marketing mentor taught me. Sponsorship is to be “responsible for” the people you bring into the business. This is short, sweet, simple but VERY powerful.
When you are evaulating a network marketing opportunity, you have to talk to a lot of people (even different people within the same company) to see who you “mesh” with on a personal and personality level. But you also need to trust your “gut feeling” after speaking with them on the phone. I would even go so far as to “google them” and see what information you can dig up on the company or your potential sponsors.
But be sure that you remember that one or two bad comments do NOT make the company or potential sponsor a bad person … but … neither do seeing all “glowing” comments mean that they are a GREAT sponsor!
